Leonard Lika, worked his way up from Fixer to Manager in 15 years at Schmidlin, working on some of the most high profile regeneration and development projects in the capital; such as GLA’s London Living Room, Swiss Re, Plot 4, Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, Pier 6 and the Harlequin Sky Building. With this extensive experience under his belt, Leonard decided to start his own company. Leonard’s vision was to have a construction company with safety at it’s core; safety for the clients; for the end users and primarily, for the staff.
